The hotel location was great, close to beautiful nature trails and outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, especially the local dishes and cocktails.
Our room had some issues with cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms had a foul odor, which was not resolved during our stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and only started working on the last day, making it difficult to stay connected.

Nestled in the Colombian countryside, this hotel offers a serene escape from city life. Rooms have access to beautiful swimming pools and a spa, where guests rave about the massages. Breakfast is a highlight, featuring fresh fruit and delicious pastries. Select rooms have balconies boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The hotel could improve its sanitation practices. Guests have reported unclean bathrooms, stained bedding and a lack of hangers.

The spa services were good and the swimming pool was nice for the hot weather. the hotel location was convenient as it was close to local restaurants and bars.
The quality of the room was terrible. There were a lot of problems with the bathroom, including a bad smell.

The staff was really friendly and hospitable. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained. I found the swimming pool and Jacuzzi to be a perfect place to relax. the spa offered a wonderful massage that was rejuvenating.
For us, it was an ideal getaway destination with no negative aspects.

The location in the rural area provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch, from the attentive room service and housekeeping to the friendly and accommodating staff. The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area, dressing area, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and unwinding at the bar/lounge area. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services. The sun terrace, sun loungers, and garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking were convenient additions for guests.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.
